LaVolve Online Store Refund & Returns Policy

 

At LaVolve, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. We offer customers credit, refunds, or replacements for items purchased online, in accordance with our 2-day receiving policy and the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

Damaged Items During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, it is eligible for a credit, refund, or replacement at our discretion. You must notify us via email at lv@lavolve.com.au within 24 hours of receiving the item, including photos as proof for assessment. Proof of purchase (Invoice) is required.

Change of Mind Policy

Returns due to a change of mind are accepted under the following conditions: A credit or Replacement item will be only offered. You must notify us within 2 days of receiving the goods by emailing lv@lavolve.com.au. The cost of return shipping will be at the purchaser’s expense. Items must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original condition. We encourage customers to take photos of the product’s condition prior to returning it for assessment.

Returns Process / Notification

Contact us at lv@lavolve.com.au within the specified time frame with the required documentation and photos (if applicable).

Return Shipping

If eligible, items must be shipped back to us. Shipping costs for “change of mind” returns are at the customer’s expense.

Assessment & Outcome

Once we receive and assess the returned item(s), we will notify you via email of the outcome within 3-5 business days. Refunds or credits or replacements will be processed promptly upon approval.

Returns are strictly subject to our 2-day receiving policy from the date you receive the item(s). We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
