Damaged Items During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged, it is eligible for a credit, refund, or replacement at our discretion. You must notify us via email at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the item, including photos as proof for assessment. Proof of purchase (invoice) is required.
Change of Mind Policy
Returns due to a change of mind are accepted under the following conditions:
A credit or Replacement item will be only offered. You must notify us within 2 days of receiving the goods by emailing [email protected]. The cost of return shipping will be at the purchaser's expense. Items must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original condition. We encourage customers to take photos of the product's condition prior to returning it for assessment.
